Terms & Conditions – Mother’s Day Cleaning Promotion (May 2026)

This promotion is valid for bookings scheduled anytime in May 2026 and applies to Servloop’s Standard Home Clean, Deep Clean, and Carpet Steam Cleaning services.

Promotional Rewards

  • Standard Home Clean: Eligible bookings will receive a $50 prepaid gift card

  • Deep Clean: Eligible bookings will receive a $100 prepaid gift card

  • Carpet steam cleaning services are included in this promotion but do not qualify for gift card rewards unless booked in combination with a Standard or Deep Clean

Prepaid gift cards will be issued only after full payment of the invoice and successful completion of the service. Gift cards will be delivered electronically via email to the customer. Delivery timelines may vary slightly following job completion.

Service Scope & Eligibility

  • This offer is valid for residential properties within selected Sydney service areas only

  • Studio apartments, granny flats, and single-room dwellings are not eligible for the Standard or Deep Clean promotional rewards

  • A minimum service charge applies to all bookings

  • Final pricing will be confirmed based on property size, condition, and scope of work

Carpet Steam Cleaning Conditions

  • Carpet steam cleaning pricing starts from $59 per standard room (up to 12–15 sqm)

  • Free deodorising is included for eligible bookings

  • Larger areas, open-plan spaces, stairs, and hallways may be counted as multiple areas or quoted separately

  • Heavily soiled carpets, stain removal, or specialised treatments may incur additional charges

General Conditions

  • Properties must be accessible and ready for service at the scheduled time (including access to water, power, and clear working areas)

  • Areas not cleared or accessible may be excluded from the service

  • Jobs requiring excessive cleaning, heavy build-up, or conditions outside standard service scope may be requoted or declined

Booking & Availability

  • Customers may request bookings for any date in May 2026; however, all bookings are subject to availability

  • Servloop cannot guarantee preferred dates or time slots due to limited promotional capacity

  • This promotion is available for a limited number of bookings only

Additional Terms

  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or discount

  • Servloop reserves the right to modify, adjust, or decline bookings that fall outside service scope, location, or operational requirements

  • By booking under this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions
